Dancing styles varied throughout the hundreds of tribal groups. Dancing was done with set arm, body and foot movements with a lot of foot stamping. Most of us know the feeling of being moved by a work of art, whether it is a song, a play, a poem, a novel, a painting, or a spatiotemporal experiment. Traditional Indigenous dance varies in expression and style, depending on the region from which it comes. Sacred dances are performed for ceremonial purposes and participatory dances convey stories about life, spirituality and culture. The work collaborated with indigenous peoples.
